Enterprise

Web data your business can depend on

For teams that run web data in production: volumes sized to your workload, extraction to your schema, direct engineering support, and straight answers for your security review.

What an Enterprise agreement includes

Delivery that fits your pipeline

  • One API for web pages and PDFs, on demand and at volume
  • Extraction to the schema your systems already use
  • JSON, Markdown or raw HTML, whichever your pipeline expects

Support from engineers

  • A shared channel with the engineering team that runs the platform
  • Help designing extraction schemas and getting your first pipeline live
  • Incidents handled by the people who can fix them

Volumes and terms built around you

  • Credit volumes sized to your workload
  • Agreement terms negotiated with you, not a click-through plan
  • A pilot on your own targets before you commit

How it fits your stack

One REST endpoint

Send a URL and your API key; get the page or structured data back. Code samples in cURL, Python and Node.

Extraction to your schema

Describe the fields in plain English or pass a JSON schema. Four AI tiers, from fast to ultra, trade cost against accuracy.

Web pages and PDFs

Rendered pages, documents and scanned PDFs, with tables, returned as JSON, Markdown or raw HTML.

Control per request

Choose the country and the network (datacenter, residential or mobile), with or without a real browser.

Security and data handling

What we can show you today.

Where it runs

Across two major cloud providers, in separate US regions. Scraping capacity runs on both, so if one has a problem, requests fail over to the other automatically.

Network safeguards

Requests aimed at private or internal network addresses are refused before they leave our platform.

Acceptable use

Every account is governed by a published Acceptable Use Policy; breaches lead to suspension or termination.

Deletion on request

We delete account data when asked and confirm the erasure in writing.

Availability, in public

The API is monitored from multiple regions; status is published at status.scrapeup.com.

Security reviews

Send your questionnaire to sales@scrapeup.com and we answer it directly. Our subprocessor list is available on request.

How engagements start

  1. 1

    Scoping call

Your targets, the fields you need, volumes and how often. Thirty minutes.

  2. 2

    Pilot on your targets

We run your real sources together and measure success rate and data quality before you commit.

  3. 3

    Agreement and onboarding

Volumes, terms, the support channel and your delivery method, set up with you.

Tell us about your data

Which sources, which fields, how often. We'll tell you plainly what we can deliver.
